Individual Psychotherapy
One-on-one therapy is provided in office, over secure videoconference or by telephone. Psychotherapy involves exploring your personal experience in a meaningful way, especially problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating to others. This process is well-structured and requires an empathic therapeutic relationship.
