• Individual Psychotherapy

One-on-one therapy is provided in office, over secure videoconference or by telephone. Psychotherapy involves exploring your personal experience in a meaningful way, especially problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating to others. This process is well-structured and requires an empathic therapeutic relationship.

  • Psychological Assessment

Conducted for the purpose of establishing a psychological diagnosis and to address other related questions (e.g., treatment planning, return-to-work readiness). Assessments vary in the level of complexity depending on presenting concerns and referral context (e.g., MVA, WSIB, medical-legal, other).

  • Psychoeducational Assessment

Comprehensive evaluation of cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional abilities for the purpose of diagnosis (e.g., specific learning disorder, ADHD, etc.) and recommendations for treatment and academic accommodations. Please note, we provide psychoeducational assessments for adolescents and adults only.
